wiechs map at nim north bridge. I chose majority inf force with an armoured car in support. 2 of 3 vls. with only 80 points i left the top vl in the allied hands and concentrated on the bottom two. with the middle vl near the building, i knew it was going to be a tough match when volley after volley of 2cm car rounds, 9 schreck shots and mg fire failed to register a kill on the recon in the building. With recon starting to run low on ammo, I had the vl, wiechs brought over his armour division. Armoured car took out 2 daims in quick succession, but schrecks failed again aganst remaining daim and stuart. 9 shots later, only daim dead. Stuart manages to gain los on armoured car, 3 schreck shots later, stuart dies. by this time tho, wiechs inf force is enough to take the game. Brit AB Adhoc units - awesome, with heaps of grenades and fresh men. I needed the armoured car to have a chance and so my schrecks needed to perform earlier. Ahh well. Great game by wiechs. good use of supporting fire, inf use and unit placement. Cheers for the game.
