Nij City 100 ea. K44 takes all inf and my mkiiis give him trouble the whole game. K has also taken a number of big mgs and zooks and piat to plague my inf and armor. The battle is for the south initially, but after wasting 3/4 of my tanks ammo and a 5 units, it is time to forget the flammer and zook who have taken refuge in the bank vault. Swinging north my Germans are successfull in hold the top 3 vls of 5. Finally k44 begins to flank to the west and i am forced to reinforce with both tanks. I surpress the advance and am down to a few paltry me. k44s support has been neutralized by my move to the north and brings in big Rifle teams, which the tanks enjoy. In the final moments a 1 bar zook accompanies a beat up ad hoc to assault a northern vl. My shreck and auf are alone to defend, so i race a mkiii up there to assists and end up meters from the zook, which fires straight down onto the tank. All G units route and the remaining mkiii is brought in just to see what would happen. As expected the tank crew surrenders to the zook...go figure. There was too much allied infantry left and the mkiii was running low. German schweres scored zero for the day and was out of ammo. vgg.
