had the upper hand the whole game at cauldron e.w. I went germs and secured the centre vl. From there it is a case of positioning and attrition. I lost 3 units early on and yet still managed to retain the vl after early allied infringements into the area. 80m zook shot at the front of my hetz missed. From there it was a matter of slowly whittling the allies down. In the end, tigers only recourse was to rush my positions. With a 10 second lag time, this tactic worked a treat and he was able to kill essentially 3 of my units to no loss of his. sturm couldnt see down an open road where an avre had obviously passed, the avre pops up within 50 meters and blasts a hetzer and damaging 2 buildings, stopping my 2 nearby inf teams to fire their fausts. That was the crux of the game, and so raised the white flag. Seems to happen on a regular occurance, I get the upper hand against tiger and then lose it in a last ditch effort rush. Againt me, his rushes work 90 percent of the time. Its uncanny and frustrating. I know they are going to happen because I have gotten into a strong position, but yet never seem to be able to stop them. Frustrating, very frustrating. Lag doesnt help, but then thats what alternate hosting is for. Cheers for the game.
